Return Policy

Returns are accepted for 30 days after you receive your item. To qualify, products must be in the same condition as delivered—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To begin a return, contact dale.john.82@hotmail.com. Approved returns will receive a free return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped to the designated return address once provided.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
Final‑sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

For orders shipped into the EU, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags and proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
